Shipping Rates: All USA shipping is $7.99 or less based on distance and weight. All other shipping estimates are provided when your billing address information is provided in your shopping cart. Using paypal express or google checkout rates will be provided when you sign in to your account.
International Shipping: Shipping rates are provided when you provide all the information required. At times we manage to cheaper or combine items by using usps flat rat box's. If thats the case we will refund shipping overages back to your account when we ship your product to you.
Shipping Estimate: Orders shipped to the conterminous 48 states ship out from our warehouse via usps or ups within 5-10 business days then allow 3-6 business days for delivery. International takes 2-8 weeks depending on holidays and destination.
Damaged Merchandise: If you receive a damaged box or damaged merchandise inside, please call our customer service dept. and they will assist you.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with any product or service, please contact our customer service department and have your invoice number available. All sales are final after 7 days of receipt.
Reorder Policy: We do not backorder out of stock items. Customers are responsible for paying the freight on reordered items. However in some cases if product is arriving later on that week we will delay shipping until that item arrives and send with the rest of your order. If item is not avaialble we will send the items we do have and refund difference in shipping costs for the items we don't.
Instock Policy: Most items available are in stock at time of purchase however we offer our items on many avenues and maybe be sold out before we process your items for shipment.
Irradiation: All our products are free from irradiation. Plus the majority of what we offer is Certified Organic when it arrives to us so you know it is almost always well cared for as it is regulated by either OTCO or QAI under supervision of the USDA.
Ordering Security: Your credit card and mailing information resides on a secure SSL server. In the frame of your payment window you will see a small pad lock that is closed. You may click on it to get information about us, and to see that the certificate information you get is protected by godaddy ssl.
Privacy Statement: All customer data is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or distribute our customers' information to anyone.
Wholesale: Membership cost is $25.00 for 1 year with savings of up to 55% off retail price on most bulk herbs and spices. Please contact for more information. Prices are the lowest found anywhere online in the USA.
